Under this context, the establishment of a comprehensive and efficient E-sports match-off punishment mechanism is the top priority to rectify the match environment and improve the atmosphere of competition. At present, the supervisory subjects of E-sports fake matches are persified and separated. In terms of actual subjects, the preliminary penalties are applied to the E-sports club, and unilateral termination of the contract is the main measure. The core penalty rules are applied to the game manufacturers/alliances, and the main measures include banning matches and prohibiting associated behaviors. In terms of the obligatory subject, it is difficult for the E-sports association to exercise the right to punish in a substantial sense. The correction penalties applied by the government agencies means it is necessary to supplement or reinforce the existing mechanisms through administrative punishment and penalties so as to restore and ensure the fairness of the E-sports field through enhanced penalties. 　　继电子竞技成为2018年雅加达亚运会表演项目后，2020年12月，第38届亚奥理事会批准电子竞技成为2022年杭州亚运会正式项目；而作为智力项目的电子竞技，不仅赛事数量和规模逐年增加，综合影响力和关注度也已接近传统体育赛事。然而，电竞场域中以假赛为代表的违规行为亦因高额收益、难以查证等因素频频发生，不仅违背了公平公正的竞技精神、影响了爱好者的观赛体验，而且损害了电子竞技的整体形象。对此，电竞场域亦应贯彻有违规必有处罚的原则，在对假赛施以惩戒的同时树立良好的竞赛风气。但由于电子竞技在诸多方面与传统体育、竞技项目有着较为明显的区别，其监管主体亦呈现出多元分立的局面；而在系统梳理不同主体及所对应的处罚权限、依据和措施等基础上构建周全的电竞假赛惩处机制，即是本文的主旨。 　　1 电子竞技假赛的界定、成因与相关案
